Is this a dream, or is this a hangover? A question for individuals,
and a question for the world at large. "American Motives" is a
simultaneous meditation on life and a reflection on blind idealism.
How do you know when the party is over? What do you do when the
hangover lasts 4 years? This lead single is a satire and sun-drenched
gutter pop message of what it means to be an American in the modern
age. A dire warning of a land that lets you be anything you want to
be, for better or worse.
